| Giri Devanur is a successful serial entrepreneur. He has raised seed capital, venture capital and private equity from global institutions. Also, he has successfully executed acquisitions, mergers and corporate investments. Currently, he is the chairman of Semantic Defence Tech Pvt. Ltd. He founded Ivega Corporation in 1997, which later merged with TCG in 2004. He is a computer engineer from the University of Mysore and has over 20 years of experience in information technology industry. He has attended an executive training program in MIT on "Building and Growing an Innovative Organization". He is also the main Promoter and Chairman of YFTP (Yagachi Food Technology Park), an agribusiness infrastructure and services company. He is also an investor and serves on the board for multiple companies. He has steered many companies since their inception. He was directly responsible for planning and execution of corporate strategy, fund raising, sales, investor relations, client servicing and inorganic growth. He has managed the development and maintenance of trading systems in Bank of America Securities LLC. He has also associated with different organizations like Lerros Gmbh, Mexx International, and Manhattan Associates and worked in Germany, Holland and USA. |

| Bharath holds a master's degree in Communication. has been a media consultant and director / producer of corporate & marketing communication for Infosys, HAL, IAF, DRDO etc for the past decade. He specializes in branding and brand management and has a track record of successful entrepreneurship since 1989. He has been a part of Aero India (India´s biennial air show) since inception in 1996. From 1988 − 1989, he worked with Times of India as Reporter and was Assistant Director for Communication in Vision India from 1989 to 1990, Head for Communication Group − Odyssey with MAA Communications from 1991−1992, in 1992 he started "CHITRAK" − Media Solution Company in Bangalore, is a team of young, qualified, professional film makers specialized in producing Corporate films, Advertisements, Documentaries, Teaching/Training films Educational films and News features. He has worked with Infosys Technologies, BHEL, HAL, Bheema Jewelers, Hyundai, Nivea Creams and Lotions etc. He has worked in many advertisements and documentary films producing and directing. |

| Madhuranath K V — Head – Infrastructure |
| Madhuranath has over 29 years of experience in Building Construction and Project Management. He has led number of projects in commissioning of factories and industrial plants; surveying, designing and constructions of highways; Construction of office complexes and urban residential area development. He has substantial consulting experience in the areas of large project conceptualization, project design, cost planning and implementation processes. For the last 11 years, he has been responsible for developing entire Infocity complex for Infosys Technologies ltd in Bangalore and actively managed development at Mysore, Pune and Hyderabad Campuses. Madhuranath has worked at large corporations like national Building Construction Corporation, Raichur Thermal Power Plant, Ramagundam Thermal Power Corporation, Nikhil Constructions and Infosys among others. Madhuranath holds Bachelor Diploma in Civil Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management from Delhi Productivity Council. He has training in PMI course at INFOSYS. He also has extensive experience in large scale project management, office and residential complex constructions, Factory and Industrial complex construction, Highway and road construction and urban land development. |

| Sanjeev Rao — President & Head – Global Alliance |
| Sanjeev Rao is the Founder and CEO of Gateway to India, (G2i) a venture which helps accelerate success in Euro Indian partnerships. G2i, based in has worked on numerous projects in supporting Continental European Companies enter the Indian market and has supported them both in their operations and investments. Previous to G2i, he was with The Boston Consulting Group in Paris for three and a half years. He worked on many strategic, business development and change management assignments for major European Multinationals. After his Telecoms Engineering from Mangalore University, he spent nine years with Alstom in the UK and France. Having started initially in the advanced research space, he quickly moved soon to International Business Development within one of the business units. During this time he also managed many transverse corporate projects in the areas of Quality and Customer Focus. He was also very active in supporting the transfer of technology and R&D exchange with India. He holds MBA from INSEAD and is on the board of many Euro Indian Ventures. After 15 years in Europe, Sanjeev has now moved back to India and is based in Bangalore. |

| Dr. Rangachar has served as an Economist in World Bank for over 30 years from 1964 to 1994 handling various projects. He was the Task Manager for HR Report, Health Sector Review (The report was published in Red Cover by the World Bank and issued for the Health Conference which was held in Yemen in 1993), and Institutional Dev. For Public Administration Project – Yemen and Health Project in South Yemen. From 1970 − 1990, , he was Country Economist and led several economic missions and participated in various other economic and sector missions in Middle East and North Africa Region, Task Manager, Basic Economic Report and Mid−term Plan Review, Yemen,Task Manager, Country Economic Memorandum on Yemen, Cyprus, Portugal, Oman, UAE. In addition, participated in Economic Missions to Yogoslavia, Romania, Greece, Malta, Syria, Egypt and Ghana. His sector work includes Agriculture Sector Report, Yemen. In addition, participated in an Agriculture Sector mission to Egypt, Cyprus, Yugoslavia and prepared a special paper in Rural Development in Yemen. Also prepared The Agriculture Chapter for the Yugoslavia (Basic Report). He was also an Economist for Credit Worthiness Group Economic Department from 1964 to 1970. Previous to World Bank, he was working as Lecturer in Economics from 1962 to 1964. |
